These terms define access to Trade Buddy, its OSINT analytics, and related personal tools.
Service purpose
Trade Buddy provides analytical and research tools for prediction markets. Service information is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice and does not guarantee an outcome.
Responsible use
Users verify primary sources, assess risks, and remain responsible for their own decisions. Sharing access, bypassing access restrictions, or using the service unlawfully is prohibited.
External data and availability
Data may come from external platforms and services. Their availability, completeness, delays, or rule changes are outside Trade Buddy control.
Access and termination
Access activates after a request review and, for paid plans, payment verification. We may restrict or end access for violations of these terms or security requirements.
